Creme Brulee (Crème Brûlée) recipe: Preparing the Creme Brulee is easy! First, combine yolks, milk, sugar and cream with a whisk.
Sieve the cream.
Carefully add the vanilla sugar.
Put the cream in 4 heatproof bowls, then put those in a pan. Add water to the pan until it reaches the middle of the bowls, then carefully put the pan on the lowest level in the oven. Bake for 75 minutes at 280 degrees F.
Sprinkle the cream with sugar, then caramelize it with a torch.
