RECIPE

Ingredients

2 cucumber
3 tbsp vinegar (herb vinegar)
5 tbsp oil (salad oil)
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
1 tbsp parsley
1 pinch of sugar
1 tbsp dill
½ cup water

Steps

Step 1
Cucumber salad with vinegar and oil recipe: First, cut and grate cucumbers.
Step 2
Toss in salt, stir thorough and let it rest for half an hour. Squeeze out any excess juice.

Add vinegar, oil, pepper, parsley, sugar and dill.
Step 3
Finally, add water.

Let it rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator before serving.
