Whip up the egg whites until they form stiff peaks and continuously add the sugar to it.

Mix in the egg yolks one by one.

Mix the flour and the baking powder together, then stir it into the sponge base.

Line a baking pan with baking paper. Pour the sponge batter into it, spreading it out evenly and bake it for 15 minutes at 355°F.

Immediately after it has baked, sprinkle flour over the sponge while it is still hot. Roll it up tightly, in order to give it its shape. Allow it to rest while rolled up.

We’ll make two types of filling. For the poppy seed filling, mix together the poppy seeds with 2 tbsp of cottage cheese, powdered sugar and milk, then put it aside.

For the cottage cheese cream, combine the cottage cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar.

Whip up the cream and add the gelatine mass.

Then add the cottage cheese mixture to the cream.

Roll out the sponge and spread the poppy seed filling on it.

Then spread the cottage cheese cream on it and scatter grapes over it.

Roll up the sponge, and sprinkle powdered sugar over its top. Slice it up before serving!
