First, heat the oven up to 350 °F.

Take a cutting board and chop the green onions.

When you are done, mix the green onion, the shreded cheese, the thyme and the eggs then add salt and pepper.

Take a muffin pan and use butter on its sides. Put the ham into the holes then use a spoon to fill them with the egg mix.

Tip: Only fill three quarters of the holes, because it will rise up in the oven due to the eggs.

Sprinkle cheese on top of it.

Finally, put it into the oven for 15-20 minutes at 150 °F.
