Blend together the butter and sugar, until it forms a fluffy consistency. Then incorporate the egg yolks and honey into the mixture as well.

Pour in the flour and incorporate it into the dough base with your hands. Create a ball out of the dough and place it in the fridge for 20 minutes.

Take them out of the fridge and create small balls out of the dough. Line a baking tray with baking paper and place the small balls on it. Then place the baking tray in the fridge for 1 hour. This will ensure that your pastries have fabulous shapes.

Make the filling. Mix together the walnuts, honey and the butter over low heat.

Pop the dough balls in the preheated oven for 5 minutes at 345°F.

Take them out of the oven and press your thumb into each ball of dough, creating an indent. Spoon some filling into each indent. Then place the tray back in the oven for 10 more minutes.

Allow them to cool and then sprinkle powdered sugar over them. Then they are ready for serving!
