Ingredients

For the filling:
1 lb chopped chicken breast fillets
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 onion
½ cup broth
2 oz peas
2 oz carrots
1-2 tsp salt, pepper
1 tsp thyme
4 oz grated Cheddar cheese
For the dough:
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp flour
⅔ cup milk
2 eggs

Steps

Step 1
Mini Chicken Pot Pies recipe: Preparing the Mini Chicken Pot Pies is easy! First, combine the ingredients of the dough with a whisk.
Step 2
Heat up oil in a skillet, then cook the diced chicken breast until it gets white.
Step 3
Add diced onions and pre-made broth.
Step 4
Then add peas and diced carrots. Season with spices and cook until the juices vaporize.
Step 5
Let it cool down for 5 minutes and add the grated cheese.
Step 6
Butter the cupcake pan and add some of the dough, followed up by chicken and finally dough on top.
Step 7
Preheat the oven to 370 degrees F and bake for 25 minutes.
