This is no other than a delicious and creamy Panna Cotta, which can be served with fruit or nuts, depending on your taste. A dessert such as this will serve as a delightful refreshment during a hot summer’s day.
Add the gelatin into 35 ml of water and allow it to bloom.
In a separate pot, mix the milk with the sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt. Warm it up and bring it to a boil.
Spoon in the bloomed gelatin, letting it melt into the milk. Then take it off the heat.
Mix the milk mixture together with the cream and stir it well.
Spoon the panna cotta mixture into small forms, making sure to seal the tops of the panna cottas. Place them into the fridge for 5 hours allowing them to set.
Finally, take them out of the fridge and carefully take them out and place them on small plates.
