Have all your ingredients ready and let’s begin! First, separate the egg whites from the yolks and whip the whites until foamy.

Combine flour with yeast and cacao powder.

Beat the egg yolks with sugar.

Add flour mixture and water.

Carefully add the whipped egg yolks.

Bake for about 10 minutes in a pan lined with parchment on 360 degrees F.

For the cream, combine Greek yogurt with powdered sugar and vanilla flavoring.

Add gelatin fix.

Finally, add strawberries.

Line a square pan with plastic wrap, fill the inside with sponge cake slices.

Pour the cream.

Cover with the final sponge cake layer.

-Cover with plastic wrap and leave in a cold place for at least 3 hours to stiffen.
