Ingredients

2 eggs
1 onion
7 oz ham
3 ½ oz melted butter
½ lb boiled rice
7 oz cheddar
2 crushed garlic cloves
For the breading:
2 eggs
Flour
Bread crumbs

Steps

Step 1
Rice balls with ham and cheese recipe: First, whip the eggs.
Step 2
Add cooked rice, carefully chopped onions, ham and garlic.
Step 3
Add melted butter, stir thorough.
Step 4
Make balls after set.
Step 5
Bathe in breading.
Step 6
Roast in hot oil until golden.
