First, let’s make the pancake mix.

Then split the dough into two and add cocoa to one half.

Next, let’s bake the body parts of the bear.

Tip: If you use a Teflon coated frying pan, the pancakes won’t stick to it.

Use a ladle to pour the pancake mix into the pan in an oval shape, then fry it on low heat until you can turn it over. Once that’s done pour some cocoa pancake batter on top to make the bear’s belly.

Take a tablespoon and make two smaller dots for the eyes and a larger one for the mouth. Pour the cocoa dough over this one too, but be careful not to move the eyes.

Repeat this process for the ears and legs.

Serve with fruits and jam.
