RECIPE

Ingredients

5 egg whites
3 egg yolks
Salt
A little bit of oil
Cheese, bacon, or anything that you would like to add for extra flavour

Steps

Step 1
Separate the egg and put the egg whites in a big bowl while the egg yolks go into separate bowls as these will be later used in the center of the clouds.
Step 2
Put a pinch of salt into the egg white, then beat it until stiff peaks are formed.
Step 3
Separate the egg whites into three parts, then add cheese, ham or anything that suits your taste. After this, mix it carefully.
Step 4
Oil up the oven pan, then put the egg white on it.
Step 5
Bake for 5-6 mins at 440F°.
Step 6
After this, put the egg yolks on the clouds and bake for another 3-4 mins.

When it’s ready, serve it with fresh salad and toast.
