This tasty, crisp Angel wings dessert is easier to make than you’d think!
Angel wings recipe: Preparing the Angel wings is simple! First, mix softened butter/margarine with flour.
Add powdered sugar and salt.
Add yolks and sour cream, knead thorough.
Put the dough in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Flatten the dough to about 1⁄10 of an inch.
Cut parallelogram shapes with a pizza cutter and cut a line in the middle.
Heat up the oil.
Pull one side of the dough through the hole in the middle and cook in hot oil until golden.
Serve with powdered sugar, jam or cinnamon sugar.
