Ingredients

7 oz chestnut puree
5 oz soft butter
3 tbsp powdered sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
2 tbsp rum
10 oz biscuit crumbs
2 cups milk
3 ½ oz melted dark chocolate

Steps

Step 1
Chestnut truffles recipe: making the Chestnut truffles is simple. First, combine biscuit crumbs, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, chestnut puree, butter, rum flavoring and stir thorough.
Step 2
Add milk slowly, until the texture is kneadable.
Step 3
Make balls out of the mixture.
Step 4
Bathe the balls in melted chocolate, in a way that the top isn’t covered in chocolate.
Step 5
Put in the refrigerator until the chocolate gets stiff.
