Ingredients

7 oz flour
7 oz sugar
2 eggs
1 ½ oz margarine
7 fl oz milk
1 pack vanilla sugar
1 pack baking powder
1 ½ oz cocoa powder
Frosting:
Colorful candies
Whipped cream
Green food coloring
Red food coloring

Steps

Step 1
Christmas Tree Muffins recipe: Preparing Christmas Tree Muffins is easy! First, beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Step 2
Add softened margarine.
Step 3
Add flour, baking and cocoa powder and milk to the mixture and stir until homogeneous.
Step 4
Spread the mixture in a cupcake pan lined with cupcake parchment paper.
Step 5
Bake at 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes.
Step 6
Halve the whipped cream (leave about one spoonful of it for later). Add red food coloring to one half and green to the other.
Step 7
Spread whipped cream in two separate piping bags and start decorating. For the Christmas tree, start by making a spiral shape with the green cream, then make string lights with candies. For Santa Claus’ hat, make a spiral shape with the red cream, then make the edge with white cream.
