Ingredients

½ lb curd
2 eggs
1 ½ oz sugar
Grated zest of a lemon
2 tsp vanilla sugar
3 ½ oz flour
½ tbsp baking powder
1 pinch of salt
Oil

Steps

Step 1
Curd donuts recipe: making the Curd donuts is simple! First, combine the curd with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt.
Step 2
Add flour and baking powder and the lemon zest as well.
Step 3
Finally, add the eggs. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 4
Heat up oil and add the mixture bit by bit with a wet scoop or two tablespoons.
Step 5
Cook both sides until golden, dry on a paper towel.
Step 6
Serve with powdered sugar and/or jam.
