Preparing the Honeycomb is simple! First, combine sugar and honey and melt over low heat.
When the sugar and honey start to boil remove from it from the heat and mix in the baking soda.
When the mixture starts to rise, carefully stir thoroughly.
Spread the mixture on parchment paper and let it rest for 1 hour and it will harden.
