Mozzarella Penguins for your guests! Try it if you want to surprise everyone!
Carefully cut inside one of the olives. Don’t cut it in half, because the mozzarella will go into this, and this will be the wings of the penguin.
Put the other olive on the toothpick in a horizontal position, then put the mozzarella balls inside the cut olive.
Cut a small triangle out of a carrot slice, which will be the feet and beak of the penguin. Make sure that the carrot slice is even, because this will give stability to the penguin.
Put the feet on the toothpick and the beak into the hole of the pitted olive.
When you are done, the next thing to do is the scarf of the penguin. A thin slice of bacon or ham is probably the best for this, which you have to carefully put around the neck of the penguin. If you feel like the penguin is not stable enough, or the wings move a little, or perhaps you feel like they can easily fall off, then the scarf helps in holding it together.
Have a nice meal! We hope your guest welcoming goes well!
