The Panda Muffins is a funny looking dessert for the kids!
First let’s make the cocoa flavored dough. Mix the flour, the backing powder, the sugar, the cocoa powder, the butter and the eggs in a bowl and slowly add some milk.
Once it’s all mixed, pour the dough into a muffin shaped baking mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (350 °F) for 25-30 minutes.
Meanwhile use a mixer for the whipping cream and add the stabilizer.
Spread the cream on top of the baked muffin and roll it in the grated coconut. Let it sit in the freezer until the cream on top is solid (for about 10 minutes).
Melt the chocolate and spread it on a piece of silicone or plastic foil. Put it in the freezer for 10 seconds.
Use a bottle cup to cut out pieces of the chocolate. These will be the panda’s eyes and ears. Use a toothpick to draw the eyes.
This will surely make the children happy!
Good luck with the preparation and bon appetit!
