First cut the sausages both ways.

Bend it and fixate the ends to each other with a toothpick.

Put it in a pan and let it fry.

Once it’s around halfway done pour the egg yolk in the middle.

Cover it with aluminium foil and cook it on small heat.

Meanwhile cut up the cucumber. Make sure to cut some cucumber strips as well, as these will make the stems and leaves of the flowers.
