Santa’s beard recipe: Preparing the Santa’s beard is simple! First, prepare the yeast dough. Add 1 oz yeast, 2 tablespoons of sugar to 10 oz warm milk. Next, combine 21 oz flour with 3 ½ margarine, 1 egg and a pinch of salt. When the yeast is risen, add to the flour mix and knead thorough. Let it rise in a warm place for an hour.
First, flatten the dough and make the cap.
Next, make the beard.
Make the whiskers and place the pom-poms.
Make eyes from black olives.
Grease the cap, nose and chin with tomato sauce.
Sprinkle the cap’s edge with grated cheese.
Brush the top with eggs.
Bake at 360 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
