Ingredients

6-8 eggs
1 (red) pepper
2-3 radishes
3-4 spring onions
Chives
1 small bunch of parsley
Parsley stem
3 tbsp mayonnaise
6-8 egg yolks

Steps

Step 1
Easter Egg Nests recipe: Preparing the Easter Egg Nests is simple! First, hardboil the eggs, by cooking them for 10-12 minutes.
Step 2
Chop the vegetables, put half of the parsley away for now.
Step 3
Cut off the end parts of the eggs and remove the yolks. Put them away in a bowl.
Step 4
Combine chopped red peppers, radishes, spring onions, parsley, mayonnaise and egg yolks in a large bowl.
Step 5
Dip the edge of the eggs in water, then in the parsley we put away earlier.
Step 6
Fill them with the vegetable cream.
Step 7
Make handles from parsley, to make the eggs resemble nests or baskets.
