Toast the bread until it’s golden brown.

Use a bigger cup to cut a round piece of the ham and a round piece of toast.

Use a sharp knife to cut small triangles out of the cheese.

Cut the capsicum and put it between the cheese and ham.

Cut the cucumbers diagonally and put it loosely near the end of the sandwich.

Put another piece of toast on top, then fill the olives with grated cheese and fix it on top the sandwich with a toothpick.
