
First make whipped cream.
Melt the chocolate bars.
Add the butter and stir it until it’s completely melted.
Add the egg yolk and mix it thorough.
Mix the chocolate cream with the whipped cream.
Put the mixture into an icing bag.
Fill the glasses with cream.
Use a spoon to make a small hole in the cream and “plant” the peppermint.
Spread some crushed cookies around the twig.
And so our dark chocolate mint plant is done!
