First of all, line your baking tray with baking paper and spread some oil on it. Place the baking tray aside. 
Roll out your puff pastry, slicing it in half. If you bought a frozen sheet of puff pastry then roll it out so it is 24 x 30 cm large, then cut through the sides which are 24 cm long. 
Grab your frankfurters and place them next to each other on your puff pastry sheets. This should result in 4 frankfurters on both puff pastry sheets. 
Coat them in mustard and sprinkle grated smoked cheese on top of them. 
Roll up the puff pastry sheets with the frankfurters in the middle. Cut them up into slices, it’s up to you how large you’d like to slice them. 
Place the slices on your baking tray and coat their tops in egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds on them. 
Bake them for 15 minutes at 430°F. After taking them out of the oven, let them cool for about 10 minutes before eating!
