Santa’s beard recipe: Preparing the Santa’s beard is simple! First, prepare the yeast dough. Add 1 oz yeast, 2 tablespoons of sugar to 10 oz warm milk. Next, combine 21 oz flour with 3 ½ margarine, 1 egg and a pinch of salt. When the yeast has risen, add it to the flour mix. Knead thoroughly. Let the dough rise in a warm place for an hour.

First, flatten the dough and make the cap.

Next, make the beard.

Make Santa’s moustache and form a dough ball, that will act as the pom-pom on Santa’s hat.

Make eyes from black olives.

Spread tomato sauce on the cap, nose and cheeks.

Sprinkle the cap’s edge with grated cheese.

Brush the top with eggs.

Bake at 360 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
