Mix together the instant yeast with the flour. Incorporate the butter as well. 
Add the salt, pepper, sausage, cream cheese, sour cream and the two eggs. 
Combine everything well and form a ball of dough. Cover it with cling wrap and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes to rest. 
Roll out the dough so that it’s 1.5-2cm thick. You can use a knife to create a checkered pattern on the top of the dough. Then cut out the biscuits with the help of a cookie cutter. 
Place them on a baking tray which is lined with baking paper. Coat them in egg wash and sprinkle grated cheese over their 
tops.
Bake them for 20-25 minutes at 340°F.
